Upon contacting M2 Education you will be transferred to an education consultant that will be dedicated to your school and available within a moment’s notice via their own work mobile, giving you access to them and their database of locally sourced supply teachers, teaching assistants and cover supervisors.
Your consultant is on hand 24/7 including the weekend to make sure that you don’t have to worry whether or not you’ll have cover in school for the same or the next day. We pride ourselves on our customer service and honesty, so you will always have complete transparency when requesting staff.
Your consultant has availability on hand to ensure that you receive a fast response usually within 15 minutes of the initial call, making sure that we can work fast and accurately to provide your school with the relevant cover.

Our approach to providing short-term and emergency staff to schools
We are here to make your recruitment processes easy, that’s why we aim to make the process of recruiting education professionals for long-term roles as easy as possible.
- Contact your local office or consultant with your short-term or emergency staffing requirements.
- Your dedicated education consultant will make note of your request, including dates, times and any job-specific details.
- Your consultant will then get to work and contact you within 15 minutes of the initial call to provide you with the cover or an update.
- The cover is sourced and the candidate is booked in, you’ll receive a safeguarding confirmation before the children arrive in school with full vetting details of the candidate.
- Your supply staff arrives at school on time*, prepared and eager to support your school in delivering high-quality education for your pupils.
- If the supply member of staff has not been to your school before, your consultant will contact you at the end of the day to gain some feedback about the candidate and to check that no further cover is needed.
Prior to any booking, M2 Education will ensure that all candidates are fully vetted and cleared to the highest standards. You will have ongoing support from your consultant to ensure that the process and placement is as smooth as can be.
